These terms govern your use of this website. They are not our engagement agreement — if we work together, a separate signed agreement covers the services, the fees and the obligations on both sides, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.
What this site is
A description of what Nexware Collective LLC does. Capability descriptions, acceptance criteria, cluster references and indicative commercial models are published to explain how we work. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a warranty of any particular outcome. Nothing here forms a contract.
Submitting a brief
Sending us a brief, drawing or sample photograph does not create an engagement and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Do not send us anything you are not entitled to share. Where your material is confidential, say so and we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place before you send it — our handling of unmarked material is described in the Privacy Policy, and a signed NDA is the right protection for anything sensitive.
Regulatory and compliance references
This site refers to standards and legal regimes — ISO and AQL sampling standards, social compliance schemes, CITES, TSCA Title VI, CPSIA, US fibre-content labelling, forced-labour import rules, tariff positions. These are stated to show what we check and why. They are general information, they change, and they are not legal or customs advice. Obligations on an importer sit with the importer. Take your own advice on your own obligations.
Our content, and other people's
The text, structure and design of this site belong to Nexware Collective LLC. Photographs are licensed stock images or our own; third-party names, marks and geographical indications referred to in describing a craft or a standard belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, not as a claim of affiliation or endorsement.
Availability and liability
We make no promise that this site will be available without interruption or free of error. To the extent permitted by law, Nexware is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, as distinct from obligations we take on in a signed engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
