Nexware Collective LLC ("Nexware", "we") is a limited liability company registered in North Carolina, United States, at Nexware Collective LLC, 210 Harmon Creek Road #1003, Kernersville, North Carolina 27284, United States. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you submit a sourcing brief we collect the name, company, email, phone number and the description, drawing or sample photograph you choose to attach. If you subscribe to updates we collect your email address. We do not ask for payment details through this site.
Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps — which we use to keep the site running and secure.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to assess whether we can source what you need, and to keep a record of what was discussed. If you subscribed, to send you the updates you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it goes
Nexware is a United States entity and our sourcing team operates in India. Enquiries, specifications and drawings you send us will be handled by colleagues in India in order to do the work you are asking us to do, and may be shared with specific Indian manufacturers where that is necessary to quote or qualify your requirement. We will not disclose a drawing, specification or sample to a supplier without a reason connected to your enquiry.
We use third-party service providers for email, file storage and website hosting. They process data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your records and we will, except where we are required to retain something.
Your choices
Write to sales@nexwarecollective.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop receiving updates. Every update we send also carries an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
