CNC
Machining
Turning through multi-axis VMC and HMC, plus a dedicated line in small precision parts where tolerance and repeatability matter more than volume.
Processes we buy
- CNC turningSingle and twin-spindle, bar-fed and chucked, with live tooling.
- Vertical machining3, 4 and 5-axis VMC for prismatic parts and fixtures.
- Horizontal machiningHMC with pallet changers where cycle time and volume justify it.
- Small precision partsSub-millimetre features, tight tolerance, high repeatability.
- Sliding-head turningSwiss-type for long, slender, high-volume turned components.
- Finishing and treatmentGrinding, honing, anodising, plating and heat treatment.
What we fix before the first cut
These goods are bought to a drawing, a grade and a tolerance. That only works if the drawing is controlled, the features that actually matter are named, and the supplier can measure them repeatably.
Every criterion above appears in the inspection report as a pass or a fail, with the measured value beside it and the gauge named. A first article is signed off before any bulk is produced.
What we screen before a sample is quoted
Capability versus equipment list
A machine on the floor is not the same as the process capability to hold your tolerance on it, repeatedly. We audit the process, not the asset list.
Measurement capability
A shop that cannot measure your tolerance cannot hold it. We look at the metrology room and the calibration records before we look at the quotation.
Material substitution
A cheaper grade that machines the same and fails differently. Certificates are traced to the actual heat rather than accepted as a photocopy.
Programme and fixture ownership
Programmes and fixtures you funded should be yours. It is settled in writing, because retrieving them later rarely works.
Clusters we work for this line
Pune and Bengaluru carry the deepest precision base; Rajkot and Ludhiana are strong on cost-driven volume. The right cluster depends on whether you are buying tolerance or price.
The other manufacturing lines
Send us the sample. We will tell you honestly.
Whether we can source it well in India, what it should cost, and what could go wrong — before you commit to anything.
