Contract here.
Manufacture there.

We find, qualify and develop Indian manufacturers for American companies — across castings, machining, sheet metal, textiles, handicrafts and rugs — then ship the goods to your door in the US.

Engineered manufacturing

Send the drawing.
We find the shop.

Castings and forgings, CNC machining, punched parts and sheet metal. Audited on site, first article signed off, and a should-cost view so you know what the part is worth before you negotiate.

The handicrafts wing

Made by hand.
Bought to spec.

Brass, wood, stone, painted and embroidered work — a wing of its own. Labour, protected species and decorative finishes are screened before a sample is ever quoted.

Rugs & carpets

One of one,
or ten thousand.

Hand-knotted, hand-tufted and flatweave — a single commissioned piece or bulk production, with knot count, pile and wash agreed on an approved sample before the loom is set.

You contract with a US company

Nexware Collective LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company. US law, US invoices, and recourse that does not depend on litigating in a foreign court.

Execution on the ground

Cluster search, on-site audit, first-article approval and pre-shipment inspection — carried out in person, in the factory, by our own people.

Fees you can see

Retainer, project fee or a disclosed percentage — set out in the agreement. No commission taken from your supplier, ever. See how we charge.

What we buy, and what we know
about making it

Two halves of the business that behave nothing alike. One is bought to a drawing and judged against a number. The other is bought to a sample and judged by eye. We keep them separate on purpose — the buyers, the acceptance criteria and the risks are different.

Group 01

Manufacturing industries

Nine lines

Bought to a drawing, a grade and a tolerance. Acceptance is measurable, tooling is owned and validated before production, and a sample either conforms or it does not.

Foundry, Casting & Forging

Ferrous and non-ferrous. Grey and ductile iron, steel, aluminium and brass — sand, gravity and pressure die casting, plus closed-die forging with downstream machining.

Explore this line

CNC Machining

Turning through to multi-axis VMC and HMC — plus a dedicated line in special small-part manufacturing, where tolerance and repeatability matter more than volume.

Explore this line

Punched Parts

Progressive and compound tooling for high-volume stamped components. Tooling is specified, funded and validated before a production order is placed.

Explore this line

Laser Cutting & Sheet Metal

Laser and turret cutting, forming, welded and mechanically fastened assemblies — enclosures, panels and cabinets, with powder coating and plating.

Explore this line

Paper & Printing

Folding cartons, rigid boxes, labels and commercial print — including the packaging engineering that keeps décor, glass and furniture intact in a container.

Explore this line

Textiles — Greige to Apparel

Cotton and polyester greige fabric, dyeing and finishing, home textiles and made-ups, through to cut-and-sew apparel with subcontracting disclosed and verified.

Explore this line

Flat-Pack Furniture

Knock-down panel furniture in MDF, particleboard and solid wood — edge-banded, pre-drilled and packed with its fittings, instructions and a carton that survives a drop test.

Explore this line

Knitwear & T-Shirts

Single jersey, pique and fleece — knitting, dyeing, cutting and sewing, with print and embroidery. GSM, shrinkage and colour fastness fixed on an approved sample before bulk runs.

Explore this line

Jute & Canvas Bags

Bulk jute, cotton canvas and laminated shoppers — plain stock or printed to your artwork by screen, transfer or woven label. Fabric GSM, handle pull strength and print fastness fixed on an approved sample.

Luxury handicrafts

Twelve families · thirty crafts

Named, GI-protected and regionally specific crafts for the high-end home-décor and luxury market. Bought to an approved sample rather than a drawing, from makers who are often households rather than factories. Ten of the twelve families below are the ones we consider strongest for a luxury programme; all thirty named crafts are listed under the wing.

Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Ex-works collection, consolidation and booking through to delivery at your door anywhere in the United States — arranged by the same team that inspected the goods, whether they came off a press brake or off a loom.

Working in a category not listed? Send us the part, the sample or the drawing — we will tell you honestly whether we can source it well in India, or whether you are better served elsewhere.

Capability in India is geographic before it is corporate. Knowing the cluster is the beginning; knowing which twelve workshops inside it can hold your requirement is the work.

The luxury handicrafts wing

Thirty crafts, and the people
who still know how

This is not a category of goods, it is a category of makers — most of them named, regional and GI-protected, many of them a handful of families deep. Buying here is not a procurement exercise. It is finding the workshop that can still do the thing, agreeing what the sample means, and proving the material is what the invoice says it is.

The thirty crafts we cover

Every craft above sits in one of the twelve families in Group 02, and each family has its own page. Where a craft is GI-protected, we ask for the documentation that supports the claim rather than repeating it.

Luxury craft carries risks a machined part does not — child and bonded labour in household production, fibre and metal substitution on goods sold by material value, protected species in shahtoosh, horn, bone and timber, and lead in decorative glazes and finishes. We screen for all of them before a sample is quoted, not after a container ships.

Strategic Sourcing

Cluster-level supplier search and scored shortlists built from primary research — not a directory pull.

Vendor Development

Technical transfer, tooling and process qualification when the right factory does not yet exist.

Quality Assurance

Incoming, in-line and pre-shipment inspection against agreed AQLs, with corrective action closed on site.

Compliance

Social and product compliance, remediation support, and subcontracting disclosure that is verified.

Order Management

Milestone tracking, weekly written status and escalation that reaches a decision-maker in time.

Freight & logistics

From the factory floor
to your door.

Goods that pass inspection still have to leave the country. We arrange the freight ourselves rather than handing you back to a broker at the factory gate — so the same people who signed off the shipment are the ones who booked it.

Sourcing honestly

India is not the hard part.
Finding the right factory is.

Inside a single industrial cluster the distance between a best-in-class supplier and a merely adequate one is enormous. Certification is not a proxy for capability — and none of it can be managed from a desk in Ohio over email.

See how we work
Where we stand

We are a new firm.
Here is what that means.

You will not find a client list, a project count or a satisfaction score on this site. We have not earned them yet, and we are not going to borrow them. What we can tell you is exactly how we work, what you receive, and what we will be doing while you watch.

You deal with the principals

Every shortlist, audit report and escalation comes from the two people who own this firm. There is no account-manager layer between you and the work, and none planned at this size.

We have capacity for you

We are taking on a deliberately small number of engagements, so yours is not queued behind a larger account. That is a genuine advantage of arriving early, and it will not last.

Founding-client terms

Our first engagements are priced to earn a reference rather than a margin. We will show you what the standard fee will be and what you are paying instead, in the same document.

The method is not new

Nexware is new; the scorecard, the five gates and the inspection protocol are not. They come from work the principals did before this company existed, and they are published in full.

What we will not do is show you a logo strip we have not earned, or a statistic we cannot evidence.

Method in the open

Audit, qualification &
inspection services.

Five gates govern every engagement, each with written entry criteria and a document delivered to you. Nothing moves until the gate before it is closed — and a waiver is deliberate, in writing, with the risk stated.

Included in every engagement

  • A written sourcing brief and a bottom-up should-cost view
  • A scored shortlist with capability assessments and an honest read on each
  • An on-site audit report with photographs and a go / no-go recommendation
  • An inspection report and the full export document set before release
The five gates

Nothing moves until the gate before it is closed

01Brief acceptedSpecification, volumes and constraints agreed
02Shortlist approvedClusters worked, candidates screened and scored
03Supplier qualifiedAudited on site, compliance screened, samples approved
04Production approvedFirst article signed off, quality plan agreed
05Shipment releasedInspection passed, documents complete, loading supervised

Every gate has written entry criteria, a named owner and a document delivered to you.

Fees & engagement

How we charge, in public

The sourcing industry's default is a commission taken from the factory, usually undisclosed and usually built into the price you are quoted. We do not work that way. Pick the model that fits; all four are invoiced by us, to you.

Model 01

Retainer

Best for continuing programmes

A fixed monthly fee for a defined scope — named categories, a stated inspection allocation, ongoing supplier management and reporting.

Predictable, and it keeps our attention on your business rather than the next transaction.

Model 02

Project fee

Best for a defined outcome

A fixed fee against a defined deliverable and timeline, staged against the five gates — entering India in one category, qualifying a second source, developing a specific vendor.

You know the cost before you start, and you can stop at any gate.

Model 03

Disclosed percentage

Best for variable spend

A stated percentage of order value, disclosed to you and to the supplier, invoiced by us to you. You still see the factory's price.

We will tell you openly that this model has the weakest alignment of the four, and when another suits you better.

Model 04

Inspection only

Best for your existing suppliers

Priced per inspection or per man-day, with no obligation to use us for anything else. Independent eyes on a supply base you already found.

Our inspectors are ours and are paid by you. No part of our fee depends on a lot passing.

Always included

Written deliverables at every gate. Photographic evidence with every audit and inspection. Direct access to the principals, not an account-manager layer. A named escalation path. And a clean exit — you take the supplier relationships, the tooling and the files with you.

Charged separately, at cost

Third-party laboratory testing, third-party certification audits, tooling, travel outside standard cluster coverage, and freight. Invoiced at cost with the underlying invoice visible to you. Founding-client terms apply to our first engagements — we will show you the standard fee and what you are paying instead, in the same document.

”

We take no commission from your supplier. Our fee is stated in the agreement, and you see the factory’s price. When we negotiate, we are negotiating against our own fee base, not for it.

Fee transparency Engagement agreement, clause 4

The supplier relationship is yours. The tooling is yours. The documentation is yours. End the engagement and we hand over a complete file and help with the transition.

Ownership on exit Engagement agreement, clause 9

If an audit finding is material you will hear it from us in full — including when it is inconvenient for a project we recommended. We do not help a supplier present itself as something it is not.

Full disclosure Audit & reporting standard

We publish no client testimonials. These are our own written undertakings.

Read how we work before
you commit to anything

These are the working documents we use on engagements, published in full and without a form in front of them. We have no client list to show you yet — this is the evidence we do have. Use them with us, or use them without us.

Supplier Evaluation Scorecard

The weighted criteria and scoring bands we use to grade a factory, with the knock-out conditions that end an assessment regardless of score.
